Robert Unger

After many years of experience as a project manager, executive and consultant, I followed a passion that I have already experienced in both my private and sporting life: the development of people and organizations.
I am happy to contribute my experience as an athlete and coach from professional and ambitious amateur sports.

As a mental coach, I support people in developing and establishing the right mind-set to overcome special or daily challenges. I provide "help to help yourself" in order to make myself obsolete over time.

As a systemic-resource-oriented coach, I am convinced that every person has the solution to their questions and issues already within themselves. It just has to be found.
