Jan, sparring partner & in-house authority on assessment

Esch-sur-Alzette, LUX

Dr. Jan Dörendahl, is a team member of the research group Computer-Based Assessment managed by Professor Dr Samuel Greiff at the University of Luxemburg. Together with Dr Christoph Kemper, who headed up the innovative testing process underlying the ID37 personality assessment, he carried out the empirical groundwork that led to the assessment. Jan conducts research on assessment, personality psychology and differential psychology, and wrote his doctorate on the measurement and evaluation of personality constructs, such as fundamental motives. By linking research with real-life practices, Jan’s insights and critical thinking help keep us on our toes when it comes to ensuring scientific and empirical standards.
