Susanne unites innovation with tradition
Susanne Jess is a banker and motivational psychologist. Since completing her studies at the University of Hamburg under Professor Gabriele Oettingen and as a tutor at Friedemann Schulz von Thun, she has been working as a coach for individuals moving through a development process. Curious by nature, she has expanded the scope of her knowledge to include innovative and traditional methods – life-design coaching and mindfulness and Ayurveda – and combine them to develop solutions that can be applied in coaching. As a core member of the ID37 team, Susanne is a key contributor to the program and training formats found at the ID37 campus. She also supports ID37 Masters with her expertise in motive-based personality diagnostics.
